Thing 8 - Wiki

Wiki's would be excellent for classroom collaboration outside of the classroom. I could give students an assignment where they are to all, as a community, go and edit a wiki by posting in their own experiences and information. By taking ideas from all the students, we could discuss the topic the next day in class with everyone having already participated. It would be an excellent way to increase student participation online since not every student can answer every question in class.
